The Promoter of this prize draw is Innovation Labs Group Ltd, Wharfside House, Prentice Road, Stowmarket, Suffolk, IP14 1RD (the “Promoter”)
1. No purchase necessary however internet access is required.
2. The promotion is open to all residents (for successful entrants, proof of registered address is required to be eligible e.g. scan of driving license or passport) of Suffolk, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex, aged 16 years or over.
3. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. All awards are non-transferable. There are no cash or prize alternatives.
5. Entries must be submitted via the application URL found here: https://virtual.innovationlabsstowmarket.com.
6. Users can only enter once.
7. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of entries, without explanation or prior notification, is entirely at the discretion of the Promoter if the Promoter believes an entrant is in breach of these terms and conditions or there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion. In addition, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
8. All entries must be received by 23:59pm on 1st February 2021
9. Up to 25 successful entrants will be selected for a 12 month virtual membership by a panel of judges based on their submitted entry, which should display:

- Drive and determination
- Compelling reasons why we should select you for this programme.
10. The virtual membership programme will include:
High-level mentoring to get your business off the ground
Access to funding advice
Business and innovation training sessions
Support for business plan development
Business networking assistance.
11. If an entrant is selected but does not claim their virtual membership within 5 working days of being advised via email, the Promoter reserves the right to reselect from the remaining valid entries to select an alternative entrant.
12. The successful entrants will be required to sign a contract confirming acceptance of the award to receive a virtual membership at Innovation Labs Group Ltd.
13. Events may occur that render this initiative itself or the awarding of virtual memberships impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
14. By entering the promotion it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize.
16. The promotion will be governed by English law.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this initiative will be retained to inform entrants of their success or failure in securing a virtual membership. Personal data relating to unsuccessful entrants will be deleted within 12 months of the closing date. Personal data relating to successful entrants will be retained for a period of up to 5 years for internal member communications only.
