REMOTE Level 2 2020/21

Thank you for taking part in a Higher Horizons remote outreach activity, or accessing our online resources. 

To make sure our activities and resources are useful for you and other young people like you, we need to gather some information (including your name and home postcode) which will be analysed and used by Higher Horizons for research purposes only. The data you provide will not be used for any other reason, and we will not contact you.

Higher Horizons is a group of universities and colleges that offer activities to young people to help them think about what they might like to do in the future. More detailed information about Higher Horizons and how we collect and use your data can be found here.

We may also share the data you provide through this survey with one or more of the following receiving organisations:

• the Office for Students, and Department for Education (who fund our activities),
• our partner universities and colleges,
• your school or college,
• your school or college’s Local Authority,
• the EMWPREP tracking system (only where you have previously consented to your data being held here),
• the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service (UCAS),
• third party activity providers working in association with Higher Horizons

Any personal data we collect will only be shared with the partners mentioned on this form. All data will be anonymised in published reports so you cannot be identified. Your data will not be used for any other purpose. The data you provide will be retained until the end of the Higher Horizons project, plus one year.
