Operator future needs for BSS managed services

STL Partners is conducting a telecoms operator survey to understand how new technologies and the changing role of the operator, are impacting attitudes and requirements for BSS systems, as well as purchasing decisions and the use of outsourcing.

All responses will be completely anonymised and, as a thank-you for taking part in the survey, we will share a summary of the results. If multiple individuals from your organisation fill it out, we will also share anonymised raw data from all responses so you can compare perspectives.

We are also carrying out an interview programme to explore these issues in more detail. To participate, please get in touch with tilly.gilbert@stlpartners.com who is leading the research.
