TEACHER Level 2a 2020/21

You are attending a Higher Horizons outreach activity. To make sure our activities are useful for your learners and other young people like them, we need to gather some information (including your name, and school or college you are based at) which will be analysed and used by Higher Horizons+ for research purposes only.

Higher Horizons is a group of universities and colleges that offer activities to young people to help them think about what they might like to do in the future. More detailed information about Higher Horizons and how we collect and use your data can be found here: www.higherhorizons.co.uk/privacy-policy

The data collected on this form will not be shared with anyone else. All data will be anonymised in published reports so you cannot be identified. Your data will not be used for any other purpose than those outlined here. The data you provide will be retained until the end of the Higher Horizons+ project, plus one year. Paper copies of data collection forms are destroyed after four weeks.

Data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 (including any successor legislation). For more information, please see www.ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
