Week 1 - Organisational Profile

On behalf of the Funding, Community and Voluntary Sector cell within the London Covid-19 Strategic Co-ordination group, thank you for agreeing to take part in our research and engagement activity.

This is the first questionnaire for this cohort, tracking the impact of this on vulnerable or at-risk groups across London and the organisations supporting them. In this questionnaire the questions focus on your organisational profile.

All responses will be analysed anonymously. Only the direct research team will see your organisational name/charity number and they will not share any information about specific organisations collected in this questionnaire with anyone else who is part of or outside the Funding, Community and Voluntary Sector cell.

Anonymised results from the questionnaire will be shared back with you.
