In order for your referral to be applicable to the incentive your friend must:
 

• Have experience in a position mentioned in our Salary Guide 2022
• Have experience in Switzerland for a minimum of 6 months
• Have not been in contact with Michael Page in Switzerland for the last 12 months
• Start the new job our Michael Page consultant has placed her/him during the 6 months following the recommendation
• Pass the trial period
