Scout Adventures Volunteer Programme - Application Form

Completing the application form


Welcome and thank you for your interest in joining the Scout Adventures team.

The details you provide in your application will be used to assess your application to join the Volunteer Programme. This information includes your name and contact details, and sensitive information such as your nationality and date of birth, which we’ll use to  assess your application, and contact you about the application process. This is held securely for 3 years after your  application, independently of any other data or membership details held by The Scout Association.  Personal data is not shared with any other third party.  For more information, please see our data protection policy.
To complete this application you will need:
  • Membership confirmation from your National Scout/Guide Organisation (this is only required if you are a current Scout or Girl Guide)
  • Letter of recommendation from school/university or employer (this is required if you are not a Scout or Girl Guide)
  • A photo of you
  • A short 2 minute video of you introducing yourself.
You don't need to complete the whole form at the same time.  Once you have started filling in the form you should see a "save and continue" option in the top right of the page - allowing you to come back and finish the form later!
